Refund Policy

Overview:

Giving the nature of the service, offering specific guarantees is difficult. Turbo Web International SRL reserves the right to accept or deny a refund request at it's sole discretion. Refund requests that Turbo Web – at its sole discretion – determines to be absurd, capricious, arbitrary, ignorant or a scam-for-free-work will not be honored. 

That being said, we assure you that we are a decent and fair business and that if we attempt to, but cannot improve the load time of your WordPress website, we will refund your payment.

Refund Issuance

Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will either automatically be applied to your credit card or paid by check, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
